Tours and expeditions may occur outside standard hours. Research consultations available by appointment.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day. Complex research or consulting questions may require additional time for proper assessment.

Tour Bookings

Tour bookings require advance notice. Heritage Station Tours typically need one week minimum. Custom Heritage Routes require three to four weeks for proper planning and coordination.

Research Requests

Research service inquiries should include the specific station or topic of interest, intended use of the research, and any time constraints. This allows us to provide accurate project timelines and cost estimates.

Preservation Consulting

Consulting inquiries benefit from preliminary information about the station, current condition, ownership status, and preservation goals. Photos of current conditions are helpful when available.
